Participation Procedures
1.
 Fill in the Application Form and return it to the organizer. Please note that the application deadline is 31 Mar 2006.
2.
 Exhibitors should pay 50% of the total booth rental or all of the payment in advance in order to confirm your booth location. The balance should be settled no later than 7 Apr 2006.
3.
 No space booth will be allocated until payment of deposit is received. Booth allocation is on the “first come, first served” basis. Participants who return the Application Form before 31 Jan 2005, will have 10% discount.
4.
 Information for exhibitors, including booth design and construction, shipping and transportation, rental facilities, and so on will be sent to all registered exhibitors upon confirmation of participation.
